African Swine Fever (ASF) was discovered in Haiti and the Dominican Republic (DR) intends to award a fixed Base plus Four(4) option years contract for Pickup and Destruction of Bio Medical Waste per statement of work. Contractor shall weekly pickup Biohazard Waste from Laboratorio Diagnóstico Veterinario and dispose of waste.
All costs associated with complying with the requirements herein are included in the firm fixed fully loaded monthly service rate. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment, containers, supplies (including consumables), vehicles, recordkeeping, reporting and all other supplies and services necessary to successfully perform waste hauling and all related supplemental services in accordance with the standards described and set herein.
The Contractor shall provide waste hauling services and related supplemental services for the Department of General Services. The Contractor shall use best efforts, skill, judgment, innovation, technology, and abilities to meet the industry and Federal Government performance standards specified herein.
