This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5.
The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement to acquire a Dental Panoramic X-Ray and digital panoramic installation with option to remove.
The equipment must include Romaxis software and authorization to operate. It most provide a panoramic imaging for dental arch, a maxillary sinus imaging, temporomandibular joint imaging, 2D linear tomography and a cephalometry. This panograph equipment should be able to adjust shape and size of focal trough and have an automatic compensation for the cervical vertebrae shadow by reducing the rotation speed. The generator should have an operating frequency of 80-150 kHz and a total filtration of minimum 2.5mm AIuminium equivalency with a Anode voltage of 60-84 kV.
