This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a solicitation for diving, vessel and coral reef restoration support services in the U.S. Caribbean and Southeast U.S., issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The Government intends to award a time and materials (T&M) type purchase order resulting from this solicitation with an anticipated ceiling value of $6,500,000.
