This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Prospective contractors shall provide all required labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to render non-personal services for Boilers Annual Maintenance and Testing Services for three (3) steam boilers at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System located in San Juan Puerto Rico. Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in the attached Combined Synopsis/solicitation, Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated documents.
