The PRARNG G1 – Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program has a requirement to acquire a service of One (1) conference for the main training event for 150 attendees, two (2) conference rooms for child and youth activities with the capacity for up to 15 attendees per room, and one (1) conference as banquet room. (The Banquet Room can be the same as the Main Conference Room), Lodging, Meals, and Incidental Expenses for the 225 MP Post-deployment Event to take place on August 26-27, 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5.
