FY 23 AMMUNITION (FRANGIBLE AND DUTY)
The US Probation Office is requesting written quotation-Open market for the following:
- 9mm caliber: total of 32,500 rounds as follows:
- FRANGIBLE: 22,500 rounds , 9mm , equal or similar to 100 grain, Sinterfire frangible + P
- DUTY: 10,000 rounds, 9mm, 147 grain, JHP Bonded ammunition by Winchester
- .40 caliber: total of 5,000 rounds as follows:
- FRANGIBLE: 5,000 rounds , .40 , equal or similar to 135 grain, Sinterfire frangible, lead free
- Inside delivery (FOB destination) to the following address Monday-Friday during 8:30 am -5:00 pm business hours:

- All quoted duty ammunition must comply with the approved ammunition types listed in AO’s Memorandum from August 10, 2018, as applicable- copy attached.
- We will not accept an order whose only option for delivery is the loading dock. Therefore, please include cost of the inside delivery and any other charges related to shipping/handling in your quotation. In addition, we need an estimated delivery date.
