The Government seeks to lease office space for an Airport District Office (ADO) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The area of consideration is within a five (5) miles radius of the Hey Rey District in San Juan, PR. Space requirements include approximately 1,040 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 6 vehicles, of which 1 must be reserved for government owned vehicles. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
