The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to
1. Establish an updated proposal submission deadline.
2. To provide respsonses to additional RFI's.
3. Provide revised verbiage to be incorporated into the 10878151 Speciication Document. (please see Amendment 0005 attachment).
THIS DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT III (NMACC III – Pool 1).
This project is for design-build with the intention to rebuild to resilient standards shore facilities at U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Juan required as a result of damages sustained during Hurricane Maria. Phase 1 will consist of Infrastructure, Utilities Distribution and Resiliency for Rio Bayamon Housing Sites. Work shall include new campus wide generator system and distribution. A new water storage tank with pump and for distribution is included.
