USDA Forest Services, the project is located at the El Yunque National Forest in Luquillo, PR. The existing Bisley Tower-2 communications tower was demolished by Hurricane Maria and it is no longer in use. The prpurse of this project is to remove and dispose of all remaining debris and tower remnants.

Contractor Requirements
2.0 Technical Requirements / Tasks
- Work Site Location: Latitude N18°18’48.98”, Longitude W65°44’34.24”, altitude 416 feet.
- Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting proposal. Bidders are responsible to verify all site conditions, dimensions, and product requirements prior to submitting a proposal.
- All work must be coordinated and approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative or designee.
- All work shall take place Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, unless otherwise authorized by the Contracting Officer.
- Site is accessed by vehicle to the end of Bisley Road. From there, contractor’s crew shall hike through a steep, slippery, narrow footpath to the site. Crew shall walk and carry out all debris as noted above. Vehicles are not allowed on the footpath. Coordinate access to the Bisley road with the Contracting Officer’s Representative or designee.
