The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement to the replace of unserviceable batteries & capacitors from the JFHQ G6 160KVA uninterruptible power backup service (UPS) with a oneyear preventive quarterly based maintenance services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following:
1. Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.
2. The Product Service Code is 5910, Electronic & Electrical Components.
3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees.
The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0730-1630 on Monday through Friday except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at Fort Buchanan, Bldg. 552 JFHQ G6.
The Period of Performance for the installation shall be not more than 30 days and the subsequent maintenance plan shall start 90 days after the installation for a period of 12 months.
The performance of all the work has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation.
