The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), South Atlantic Division (SAD), Caribbean District (SAA) requires AE Services for Civil Works, Military and IIS projects. Selections will be made under the procurement procedures of Public Law 92-582 (the Brooks Act). Firms will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330 for Engineering Services. This announcement for IDIQ A-E services is issued on an unrestricted basis. SAA plans to award a target of five (5) unrestricted awards and a target of three (3) awards to small business. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business for NAICS 541330 if its annual gross receipts are $25.5 million or less. The Government intends to award a target of eight (8) contracts to the most highly qualified A-E firms. Selected A-E firms will share the capacity of $249M a one (1) year base ordering period and four (4) one-year option ordering periods for a total of five (5) years.Note: This is an A-E Synopsis requesting SF330s before the due date/time.
