The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Construction Services for the Chiller Riser Repairs at Federico Degetau FOB & USCH, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.
This Solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns in accordance with FAR6.205. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the Small Business Administration size standard of $39.5 million dollars in annual receipts averaged over the last three (3) completed fiscal years.
