The USDA FS International Institute of Tropical Forestry (IITF) is looking for a web design company with extensive experience/background in the development of web pages that are accessible to bilingual audiences and that are focused on the user experience. The company should be able to develop high-quality educational graphics, videos, and components of an educational platform such as progress status, tests, and completion certificates. The contractor will be required to work in high heat temperatures during the day and night, excessive rainfall, and increasing salinization sea level rise and aquifer salinization rates. Additionally, the islands are subject to frequent drought and hurricanes with compounding effects on agriculture and forestry systems.
