REQUIREMENT: Provide labor, equipment, materials, supervision, insurance and all necessary to perform the w ork in connection w ith the General Repairs at Building 206, Fort Buchanan, P.R 00934.
THIS ACTION IS IAW FAR CLAUSE 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
This requirement is issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside.
The NAICS Code is 236220 w ith a size standard of $39,500,000.00.
The resulting contract w ill be a Firm Fixed Price.
The magnitude of this project is betw een $250,000 and $500,000.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 20% of the bid price is required to be submitted w ith the Proposal.
