The USDA Forest Service has a requisition to repair Bisley Road Landslide on El Yunque National Forest Park in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
The work requirement is located south of the El Portal Visitor Center. From PR-3 in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico follow PR-191 for approx. 3 miles then turn left onto PR-988 for approx. 3 miles, Forest Service Road 915 will be on your right. Project coordinates: Latitude: 18°19' 17.23"N; Longitude: 65°44' 33.49"W.
(a) Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions no later than March 23, 2022 by 4:00pm.
(b) The Government assumes no responsibility for any expense incurred by an offeror prior to contract award.
(c) Offerors are cautioned that it is the responsibility of the offeror to seek clarification prior to submitting an offer.
(d) Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.
