The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials for the waterproofing of the exterior Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR) Facility. Complete removal and replacement of the exterior (envelope) wall panels and insulation to the existing steel decking wall; existing exterior staircase and platform refurbishments, and installing exterior lighting at FAA QJQ ARSR facility, located in Pico Del Este, Puerto Rico. The Contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work identified in accordance with the attached Solicitation, specifications, drawings and provisions.
