The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 in San Juan, has a requirement for orthopedic surgical items at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in accordance with the terms and requirements herein.
