Specifications include, but are not limited to: the purchase of a 2.4m X-L Band Antenna System to be installed at The University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez, PR. • Antenna Positioner with appropriate Reflector to meet G/T requirements • Include both a high and low-rate demodulator • 2-axis elevation over azimuth mount • Azimuth axis able to run at a minimum of 60 degrees/sec to eliminate the keyhole effect • Able to demodulate and produce level 0 files for Terra, Aqua, NPP, JPSS1, FY3 in the X band and NOAA, METOP, FY3, FY1 in the L band • Simultaneously downlink and ingest the X and L band signals from FY3 series • Process all above satellite data from raw to level 0 • Full performance down to at least -30C • Maximum operating wind speed of at least 50 Mph • Maximum wind speed (survivability) of at least 110 Mph • Absolute position feedback accuracy of 0.02 degrees • The bundle shall include server hardware and a software license for scheduling, ingest, and monitoring system to automatically control, track and acquire all satellites and system status provided in real-time • System must be accessible remotely from multiple PCs
