Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliver independent quality assurance, progress monitoring, and reporting services during the implementation of the Integrated Online Services (IOS) solution. Ensure the focus is on the technical and functional processes of the development of the IOS while meeting all federal requirements. Verify and validate that best practices and processes are being utilized by the Department’s Project Team to achieve results that are in the best interest of the IOS modernization project and Department Executive Steering Committee. Review processes, documents and related artifacts produced as part of the planning, design, development, implementation, testing, training, and support efforts of the IOS modernization project.
