Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Scope of Work: Please confirm that you have downloaded and reviewed the Scope of Work for this ITB. 1.2 The Contractor must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in herbicide residue analysis. The Contractor must validate that they have at least two (2) years of experience byproviding evidence of this meeting this requirement and attaching it here. 1.3 The Contractor must provide a list of current or previous work projects conducting herbicide residue analysis (including names of businesses these services were provided for, types of services, duration). 1.4 Contractor must be certified for Drinking Water Quality Organic Analysis in the State of Idaho. Proof of certification must be provided to ISDA in your bid submission. Please attach your proof of certification below. 1.5 The Contractor must analyze water samples for the presence of aquatic herbicides based onEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) methods EPA 8321 LCMS, EPA 548.1 or equivalentrelevant analytical method. If an equivalent relevant analytical method will be used Bidder's must identify the method in their bid submission. ISDA will review the proposed method and make the final determination as to its equivalency to EPA 8321 LCMS, EPA 548.1 prior to the contract award. Are you bidding an equivalent? 1.6 If yes, please attach the equivalent relevant analytical method that you are proposing to use and how it is equivalent here. 1.7 Contractor must be certified for Drinking Water Quality Organic Analysis in the State of Idahoand must maintain this certification for the duration of the contract. Proof of certification must be provided to ISDA with submission of a bid for this ITB and annually upon expiration of the certification. Please attach your Proof of Certification here. 1.8 Bidder's must provide analysis for the listed aquatic herbicides and provide standard lab result reports of previous residue analysis being performed for each of the following : Triclopyr, 2,4-D, Fluridone, Endothall, Diquat, Flumioxazin, Florpyrauxifen-benzyl, Penoxulam, Imazamox, and Carfentrazone-ethyl.
