Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Early Childhood & Family Support Division, WIC Program, (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) is seeking a contractor to provide WIC services in the North Central Region covering Lincoln County, which includes the towns of Libby, Troy, Eureka. Women Infants and Children (WIC) is a public health program designed to improve health outcomes and influence lifetime nutrition and health behaviors in a targeted, at-risk population. Services include nutrition and breastfeeding education and support, providing benefits for participants to purchase supplemental healthy foods, and connecting participants with local resources such as health and social services.
