The trailer is to be the manufacturer’s current heavy-duty design with all standard advertised equipment/accessories provided unless otherwise superseded by these specifications. Filled with synthetic oil.2.1.3.2.Provide and install hub meter prior to delivery.2.1.3.3.Hutch 9700 suspension, or as appropriate for a 25-ton GVWR.2.1.3.4.Full air brakes, with ABS, on each axle with breakaway control valve and air reservoir tank. 2.1.3.5.Provide 3030 MGM black Max brake chambers P/N - 3232951. 2.1.3.6.The air tank(s) shall be equipped with a remote bleeder. 2.1.3.7.Air brake hoses shall extend a minimum of 4’ ahead of the pintle eye and come complete with couplers and dust covers.2.1.3.8.Provide 8 bolt hub piloted wheels. Twelve (12) tires, minimum 215/75R17.5 16-ply radials. One spare wheel and tire shall be provided with each trailer.2.1.3.9.Provide valve stem extensions on inside wheels.2.1.4.DIMENSIONS:2.1.4.1.The trailer shall be designed so that 12 to 15 percent of the empty trailer weight is on the pintle eye.2.1.4.2.Bed length 29’-0”, including 5’ beaver tail.2.1.4.3.Width: 8’-6”.2.1.4.4.Standard, removable, spring assisted metal ramps.2.1.4.5.Height when loaded: 33” maximum.2.1.4.6.5’-6”, tongue with expanded metal bottom. To include a lockable chain/toolbox.2.1.5.Provide an optional quote for manufacturers standard air operated ramps, if available to meet the following specifications: Sized appropriately for loading and unloading tracked excavators weighing approximately 38,000 pounds. Removable ramps with 2” oak decking, stored vertically, with a locking mechanism. Lock shall be installed so that the tracks of an excavator will not contact lock or any of their mounting points.
