Specifications include, but are not limited to: open trench replacement of approximately 8,500 linear feet of water main with appurtenances including fittings valves and fire protection hydrants, approximately 10,300 linear feet of sewer main with associated service connections and manholes; approximately 5,300 linear feet of storm drain with associated catch basins; the replacement of a 24-inch diameter culvert under Farmer Drive with an 84-inch culvert; the replacement of an 8-inch inverted sewer siphon under the confluence of the Moose and Passumpsic Rivers with directionally drilled dual 8-inch inverted sewer siphons; reduction of impervious surfaces along Gilman Avenue and Concord Avenue; installation of infiltrating stormwater treatment practice at Ramsey Park; installation of water quality treatment practices on Gilman Avenue, Waterman Circle, and Lawrence Circle; replacement of a stormwater outfall on Oak Street; road subbase improvement and full width pavement replacement along Gilman Avenue, Waterman Circle, Farmer Drive, and Lawrence Circle; full width pavement replacement on Pleasant Street, Jones Street, School Street, Orient Street, Dundee Street, Oak Street, Buzzell Street, and Nelson Street; trench patch pavement replacement on Concord Avenue, and Elm Street; and sidewalk replacement on Pleasant Street, Nelson Street, and School Street.
