Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1Change oil. 2.2.2Replace oil filter2.2.3Replace air filter2.2.4Replace spark plugs or clean if needed2.2.5Clean sediment bowl, replace fuel filter2.2.6Check/Test anti-freeze (add or replace if needed)2.2.7Check cooling system (hoses, fan, and belts) Adjust, replace visually inspect, check, clean exterior of radiator2.2.8Check unit for leaks (cooling, oil, and fuel)2.2.9 Inspect duct work, clean louvers; visually inspect, check, clean2.2.10Service batteries (test cells, add if needed, and clean posts) 2.2.11Check and test tank pipes and overflow piping unobstructed2.2.12Housekeeping. Clean generator area from any residual or spilled oil, grease, fuel, etc.2.2.13Load bank test (minimum ½ hour)2.2.14Check frequency/speed/voltages2.2.15Check temperatures, oil, pressures, battery charger, cool down periods2.2.16Submit report after check with any recommendations for repairs2.2.17Inspect transfer switch2.2.18Test transfer when feasible.
