Specifications include, but are not limited to: All work will be conducted in coordination with the campus activities and schedule. Base Bid (Package 1) Chilled water supply and return piping - Roof Routing and all associated structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and envelope improvements required for the project as indicated in the construction document set (drawings, project manual and any addenda issued). Architectural and envelope improvements include but are not limited to; selective demolition, acoustic ceiling and grid removal and replacement, roofing demo and patching. RTU 37 replacement and all associated improvements as indicated in the construction document set (drawings, project manual and any addenda issued). Alternate 1 (Package 2) Hot Water Piping Roof Routing and all associated structural, architectural and envelope improvements required for the project as indicated in the construction document set (drawings, project manual and any addenda issued). Alternate 2 (Package 3) Air Handling Unit Replacement (AHU-1 and AHU-2) and all associated structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and envelope improvements required for the project as indicated in the construction document set (drawings, project manual and any addenda issued).
