Specifications include, but are not limited to: Advise the Capital BOE on a search/hiring approach that meets our needs and our timing requirements (see Search Process - Anticipated Milestones). • Advise the Capital BOE on a compensation package, commensurate knowledge, skills, ability and educational background as well as the local market, that facilitates successful recruitment of the type and quality Superintendent that we need and desire. • Assist the Capital BOE and interested stakeholder groups with understanding the district’s demographics and candidate selection criteria. • Assist the Capital BOE in the development of search criteria that incorporate our district’s goals and leadership characteristics that the Capital BOE and community consider requisite for success.
