Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will replace the electro-mechanical relays in the generator auxiliary relay panel switchboard with a new PLC rack and controls. This project follows the SCADA and protection upgrade that was completed earlier. Bidder to provide: All engineering and new panel/equipment drawings; All associated O&M procedures/information; Procurement and fabrication of the new PLC rack with associated control equipment; and perform commissioning testing. Installation will be performed by the customer, preferably commencing in March. After bid award a kickoff meeting will be scheduled. The following drawings will be provided: • System one-line and three-line diagrams • Communication one-line diagram • Schematic diagrams • Wiring diagrams A. Controller components provided shall be, but not limited to, as follows: 1. PLC Rack 2. PLC Power Supply 3. PLC Processor 4. PLC Input and Output Cards 5. PLC DNP Communication Module 6. Operator Interface Terminal 7. E-Stop Pushbutton 8. Misc. Panel Build Supplies, mounting back plane, terminal blocks, fuses, circuit breakers, relays, switches, etc. B. Wiring 1. Preferred wiring is AWG 14, SIS 600 V, 90°C Gray 2. Wiring shall be labeled and all wire labels shall show the ‘FROM’ origination. (Reverse Labeling)
