Specifications include, but are not limited to: he project will potentially include, but is not limited to: 1. Pre-design and design phase services for upgrade of the Vergennes Wastewater Treatment Facility, improvements at the Macdonough Pump Station, and collection system improvements. 2. Future required professional services covered by this RFQ process will include, but are not limited to, preliminary engineering services, design- and construction-related services, preparation of bidding and contract documents, participation in bid evaluation, Creation of a Long-term Control Plan, and monitoring and inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications for wastewater and stormwater projects in the City of Vergennes.
