Specifications include, but are not limited to: engineering investigations, evaluations and studies; alternatives analysis and conceptual design reports; master planning documents for infrastructure systems; development and maintenance of computer models for water, wastewater, or stormwater systems; GIS and/or infrastructure asset management services; coordination with utility companies, other City departments, residents, industries, contractors and other consultants; preparation of cost estimates; coordination with regulatory agencies local, state and federal permitting identification of funding sources and securing grants; technical presentations to City officials, regulators, and/or the public; wetlands delineation; deed research and preparation of easement or land acquisition documentation related to engineering projects; design and preparation of bid documents; review of construction bid proposals, recommend contractor and assist with contract preparation; construction administration and resident inspection services; sub-consultant or sub-contractor services such as materials testing services; training/start-up services; surveying; geotechnical investigation and other field services related to engineering projects; and any other requirements necessary to complete a project as determined by the City of Rochester (hereinafter referred to as "the City").
