Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide labor, material and equipment for, but not limited to, the following as per project plans and specifications: Repair of concrete spalls on curbs, slabs, columns, walls, and beams; Repair concrete cracks (rout and seal); Repair exposed reinforcement; Repair concrete cracks by epoxy injection; Repair concrete wall full-depth and repair concrete around guardrail; Repair exposed post-tensioned cable, exposed bolts; Remove and replace cove sealant and joint sealants – concrete, cast stone and masonry expansion joints; repair cast stone; Repair HVAC condensate drain; Remove rust from steel railing and repaint, remove rust from perimeter and interior garage rails and repaint; Remove rust from metal doors and repaint; Remove and replace lobby flooring, Repair masonry veneer(remove and replace bricks); Replace failed glazing panels; Repair drywall and repaint walls including elevator lobbies, repaint concrete walls and beams; Remove overhead coiling door; Remove rust from FP piping and repaint; Remove and replace signage vehicular and pedestrian signage; Repair lightning protection; Replace elevator lobby HVAC; Remove trip hazard (vertical offset at lobby Expansion joint; Repair lobby doors to allow full closure;Repaint concrete curbs , concrete walls, beams, and restripe parking areas.
