Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide labor, material, and equipment for, but not limited to, the following as per project plans and specifications: Repair of concrete spalls on curbs, slabs, door threshold, columns wall and beams, concrete cracks (rout and seal), concrete cracks(epoxy injection); Repair exposed reinforcement; Repair concrete around base of guardrail, reset guardrail; Repair concrete slab-on-grade full-depth, concrete wall full-depth; Repair exposed post-tensioned cable; Remove exposed bolts; Replace cove and joint sealants; Replace joint sealant around column, masonry expansion joints; Replace joint sealant in cast stone joints; Remove rust from steel railings and repaint; Remove rust from perimeter and interior garage rails and repaint; Remove rust from steel lintel and repaint; Remove and replace lobby flooring; Remove and replace masonry veneer as needed; Repair damaged CMU; Replace failed glazing panels; Repair drywall and repaint; repaint walls in elevator lobbies; Remove overhead coiling door; Remove rust from FP piping and repaint; Remove and replace vehicular and pedestrian signage, as well as lighted “EXIT” signs; Add light fixtures at stair entrance; Replace elevator lobby HVAC; Replace metal vents and modify opening; Repaint concrete curbs, concrete walls, beams, restripe parking areas per plans and specs.
