Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of requested services is to review and analyze the previous indirect cost (IDC) rate proposal that was created by OCHE staff and submitted to the U.S. Department of Education [proposal based on FY2019 data (07/01/2018 – 06/30/2019), submitted to U.S. Dept. of Ed.12/31/2019, and approved with effective date 07/01/2020] and to make recommendations on what should be done on continuing IDC proposals going forward. In addition, further review and analysis will be necessary on the new proposal that will be created by OCHE staff based on these recommendations on proposal to be submitted by 12/31/2020. Final services for this proposal would be to review and analyze Dept. of Ed.’s approval of the IDC proposal that will be effective 07/01/2021 with any final recommendations for future IDC rate proposals
