Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove existing and install new fire alarm monitoring system in accordance with CA Title 24 Building Code, NFPA 72, and NFPA 1221, latest edition adopted by the State of California B. Obtain local Fire department approval as required. C. Contractor will test walls, ceilings, attic, etc. requiring installation access and penetration for hazardous materials, and proceed with installation in accordance with applicable state and federal hazmat requirements. D. Contractor will install a new panel and wiring. E. Contractor will install new horns and strobes in various location inside the office, as identified on State Fire Marshal (SFM) and Department of State Architect (DSA) approved drawings.
