Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified consultants to provide a commercial off-theshelf (COTS) CMMS or EAM software solution and associated implementation, migration, integration and training services. The City’s vision is to incrementally manage and track all City-owned assets in the selected solution. The solution will allow the City to manage the full lifecycle of the asset, including maintenance and capital interventions. The portfolio of assets are funded, managed, operated and maintained by multiple, discrete business units as shown in the table below along with estimated staff counts in parenthesis. In addition, the assets that are owned and/or maintained by the business units are identified as well as the expected usage by the business unit in a new CMMS/EAM solution.
