Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work under this scope of work (SOW) is under the jurisdiction of the CHP, who will execute the contract documents, coordinate with the Contractor as necessary, and conduct inspections to insure the work is being done in strict accordance with the specifications. No deviations from these specifications will be permitted without concurrence and subsequent authorization from the CHP Facilities Coordinator. B. Contractor shall attend a pre-construction meeting with the CHP Facilities Coordinator and the Area office contact, at which time the Contractor will provide a work schedule and any job-related submittals. C. Contractor must field verify all measurements encompassed by the project and is solely responsible for their accuracy.D. All removed material must be recycled where possible and debris, including packaging material must be removed off- site. E. Contractor is to ensure all existing surfaces and materials designated are to remain protected from damage.
