Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of the first phase (phase 1) of a 2-phase project. Phase 1 reconstructs the Finnebott Road and Bennion Road intersection. Phase 2, which is not included in this bid but shown in the project plans reconstructs the Sun Up Bay Road and Bennion Road Intersection. The project includes, but is not limited to, traffic control, temporary and permanent erosion control, site clearing, excavation including soil processing and rock excavation, embankment construction, roadway ballast, base and asphalt construction, signing, and pavement markings. Excavated soil and rock from Phase 1 will be used to construct embankments associated with the future Phase 2 project. The project is located within Indian lands of the Coeur d’ Alene Tribe and is subject to Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO) governing employment practices and taxes levied on all CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS working on Tribal lands
