Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking an agency to provide intensive employment and training case management services to any eligible recipient referred to them by the Medicaid or SNAP agency for participation in the Career Connector or SNAP E&T programs. The objective of the program is for an individual to obtain meaningful and sustainable work. Meaningful work is considered a job in one of the participant’s desired fields of employment while ensuring the opportunity aligns with their qualifications and abilities. Case management services are being sought to begin timely after contract completion. For the Career Connector program, the voluntary program has a limited population of active participants. Waiver approval is anticipated which will increase the number of participants requiring case management services. Conversely, SNAP E&T is a mandatory program and has a varied population of active participants, comprised of Able-Bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWDs) between the ages of 18-49, as well as a population made up of 18-39 year old’s currently receiving SNAP
