Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall supply a 50-amp 120/240-volt, single phase electrical feed to theconex box in the back secure parking lot. B. Contractor shall provide a 50-amp breaker for service to the conex box (if needed). C. Contractor shall provide the electrical feed to originate from the designated panel in main electrical room.D. Contractor shall to run 1 1/2" conduit with three (3) #4AWG wire and one (1) #8AWGground. Actual footage to be determined at bid walk.E. Contractor shall trench as needed from the electrical room to the conex box. Actual footage to be determined at the bid walk.F. Contractor shall install a christy box for possible access if needed at a later date.Exact location to be determined at bid walk.G. Contractor shall install two (2) extra 1 1/2" conduits in the trench one (1) terminating at the newly installed christy box. One will continue through to the conex box as a spare if needed at a later date.H. Contractor shall install a 5/8"X8' ground rod for the conex box.I. Contractor shall back-fill and replace any concrete or asphalt removed during trenching. Asphalt shall be sealed after installation.J. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris and packing material from the job site on a daily basis.K. Contractor to provide a one (1) year warranty on workmanship as well as the manufacturer’s warranty on all components installed.
