Overall height shall not be more than 101” (256.5 cm). Maximum weight of the unit shall not be more than 4995 lb (2265.7 kg) and tongue weight shall not exceed 600 lb (272.2 kg). Engine Unit shall have an industrial, liquid-cooled, diesel engine equal to a Tier 4 Final emissions rated v TD2.9 Turbo, 74 hp (55.4 kW) at 2600 rpm [181 ft-lb (245 Nm) of torque at 1600 rpm] with a maximum displacement of 177 cu in (2.9 cu L). Engine shall be equipped with a standard DOC exhaust after treatment and air intake filter shall include a precleaner. Unit shall be equipped with a spin-on replaceable oil filter. Unit shall be equipped with a front-mounted fuel filter and a fuel tank with a minimum capacity of 25 gal (94.6 L). Unit shall be equipped with a 12-volt, Group 31, 950 CCA battery. Engine shall be rubber-mounted with a steel engine enclosure including a lockable access door.
