Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Civil Engineering firm will provide engineering services for planning, design, and construction administration for various projects on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation. The Consultant may also be required to provide technical assistance in the development and administration of grant funding proposals for civil engineering projects. The professional engineering services that may be required under this solicitation include, but are not limited to providing technical assistance to Tribal staff on an as needed basis; developing short and long range plans; updating utility inventory for the reservation; performing project surveying and GIS mapping; developing complete construction documents for water and sewer lines and other public works projects; monitoring construction work in progress; working with Tribal staff to perform technical tasks; and providing required project reports.
