Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove all debris from roof surface, gutters and downspouts. Photograph and document all work and any deficiencies. Immediately notify the CHP Facilities Coordinator of all deficiencies.B. Photograph and document any deficiencies on the Roof Inspection Checklist, Exhibit A-1. Immediately notify the CHP Facilities Coordinator of all deficiencies. C. Inspect Interior of building for signs of water penetration, frost build-up, and structural distress. Stained acoustical ceiling tiles to be replaced at each visit. On-site contact/designee will walk the facility with Contractor.D. Inspect exterior of building for continuity of roof coverings, deterioration of fascia, gutters, soffits, and performance of flashings. E. Remove accumulations of soil which may support plant life resulting in roof damage.
