Specifications include, but are not limited to: The NDDOT, Quality Assurance and Internal Review Division is soliciting interest to provide audit services as required by the International Registration Plan (IRP) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) Motor Carrier programs. The NDDOT, Quality Assurance and Internal Review Division is interested in those with the following experience: 1. Experience with the International Registration Plan Audit Procedures Manual 2. Experience with the International Fuel Tax Agreement Audit Manual 3. External audit experience 4. Company shall identify and explain any previous experience with comparable projects The primary functions requested include: 1. Audit of 3% of the approximate 2100 IRP carriers in ND; in compliance with the International Registration Plan Audit Procedures Manual. 2. Audit of the 3% of the approximate 2000 IFTA carriers in ND; in compliance with the International Fuel Tax Agreement Audit Manual. 3. Complete audit report to be submitted to NDDOT in accordance with the respective audit manual and to include carrier assessments. 4. Maintain confidentiality of private information in order to comply with Federal and State laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
