Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to contract with Ramona Danielson Ph.D. to provide predictive analysis, computational disease models and specialized statistical support to the Special Projects Health Analytics Division. The contractor has extensive training and expertise in public health analytics and research. She is a subject matter expert in community health, quantitative methods, social research methods, social problems, sociology, gerontology, public health, evaluation, demography, health equity, social determinants of health, adverse childhood experiences, cultural competence, trauma-informed approaches, wellness, aging, tribal communities of the Northern Plains In order to address the growing need for association studies and dissemination of data regarding COVID-19, the North Dakota Department of Health seeks to utilize Dr. Danielson’s expertise in conducting and disseminating public health research related to COVID-19 pre-disposing factors and outcomes that will allow the state to be timely and responsive to growing needs around the COVID-19 response. Without utilizing her level of expertise, the state’s public health analytics team will be limited in its depth and timeliness of the public health research and data dissemination efforts required to combat COVID-19.
