(e.g. Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial Services, etc.)•Provide the business function that your firm and project managers have a core competency and large amount of experience working in such as Human Resources, Cybersecurity, Finance, Procurement, etc.•Describe your firm’s experience in enterprise level software e.g. CRM, EPM, ERP, etc. Include a quantification of large projects completed on time and on budget in these areas over the past 3 years.•Describe your firm’s experience and approach in process analysis and management. •If your firm has an area of expertise in change management, describe how you would achieve business transformation and engage stakeholders across our multiple institutions and decentralized community for adoption.•If your firm has a core competency in communication, provide detail on your suggested best practices for small, medium, and large project communication across our multiple institutions.•If your firm or project managers have an area of expertise in training, please describe your training process.
