Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Seaford is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the five fiscal years ending June 30, 2016,2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 and to prepare the Data Collection Form for the same fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards , issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. These audits should also comply with requirements set by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments,and Non-Profit Organizations .
