Option #1 is virgin fiber or paper with low PCW content. Option #2 is recycled paper that contains a minimum of 25% PCW. If bidding option #2, please indicate mill and brand and include printed samples. Bidders are encouraged, but not required, to bid on both options. Only those papers listed in the 51st edition (2014/2015) of the Competitive Grade Finder, or as otherwise accepted by Grade Finders, Inc., for publication in subsequent editions of any of its paper buyer guides will be considered. For products not listed in the current Competitive Grade Finder, a copy of the Grade Finders’ letter of acceptability must be included with your returned bid. The State reserves the right to award either option #1 or option #2.
