Specifications include, but are not limited to: DOT County Maps (16 Maps) Artwork: Electronic files. Files are to be retrieved from NDDOT’s FTP site. Proofs: High resolution, contract color proofs of each map. Vendor must allow agency to review map proofs for up to 5 business days for approval prior to printing. Versions: 16 different maps. Quantity: 250 each of 16 maps; 4,000 total maps. Size: Each map is 30” x 18”. (Maximum printing area will be 28 ½” x 17”) Paper Stock: 70# white, smooth finish offset. 96 brightness or greater. Ink: Each map prints 3/0-(black and 2 PMS colors) one side, no bleeds.PMS colors are common throughout. Finishing: Trim each map to 30” x 18”. Maps are to be paper wrapped in lots of 250, boxed flat with a maximum of 4 bundles per carton. Label each carton with Map title. Do not mix Map titles in cartons.
