The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the comprehensive facility condition assessment, cost estimation, design, documentation, recommendations, and construction administration required for the remediation of deferred maintenance work and correction of life safety code deficiencies. The work consists of all major building systems (both interior and exterior) to include: HVAC systems and controls/instrumentation; plumbing systems and fixtures; lighting and power distribution systems; building security systems; building envelope and penetration; storm water draining; fire and life safety code and ADA compliance items; evacuation/egress signage; architecture finishes; fire extinguisher cabinets; passenger elevators; and other appropriate scopes of work related to or made necessary by the execution of the aforementioned building deficiency assessments.
