Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Biddeford is seeking a professional to assist the City Planner in providing development review services for Subdivision, Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit, and Shoreland Zoning Review. The professional will assist the City Planner in the review of applications, including the preparation and presentation of development review recommendations and findings of fact to the Planning Board. The professional will also be responsible for attending public meetings/hearings. The interested professional shall provide a letter of interest, a current resume, references to previous relevant experience, and other material appropriate to assist the City in selecting a review professional.
