The Project location is at 227 East Central Avenue, Temple, TX 76504 and will consist of the completion of the 14,000 sq. ft. interior finish-out with some minor masonry and exterior glazing per the project manual which includes but not limited to removal / replacement of the existing built up roof with a new TPO membrane system with new insulation, demolition and reconstruction of the building’s 4 brick corners, removal of several sections of exterior brick veneer and installing new fixed, glass windows, interior demolition and reconstruction, new HVAC system, new toilet room locations and patch over new S.S. installation, and re- working of existing electrical service, new H/C parking lot striping with asphalt ramps, new millwork / counters etc. This project will be accomplished in TWO phases as depicted on the construction documents.
